Our business and these purchase terms

VelQoro™ is owned and operated by Beijing Yaoyang Ruixing Technology Co., Ltd.

These purchase terms apply to orders submitted through velqoro.com.

Placing an order

By ordering, you confirm that your checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We may review an order before fulfillment.

An order may be declined or canceled where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, failed payment, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, a technical error, a legal restriction or another legitimate operational reason.

Product descriptions and store information

We aim for accurate product descriptions. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations and other reasonable factors may create minor differences in appearance.

When genuine pricing, description, stock or technical errors are identified, we may correct them. For an error that materially affects an order already placed, we will explain the issue and the available resolution.

Prices, payment and promotions

Before submission, checkout displays product prices, available shipping charges, discounts, applicable taxes and the final total. Available payment methods appear there as well. Orders require successful payment authorization and applicable fraud or security checks.

A promotion may have eligibility rules, an expiry date, product restrictions or other conditions specified with that offer.

Processing and shipping your order

After payment is confirmed, our usual order-processing period is 2–4 business days. Holidays, promotions or unusually high order volumes may extend this period to up to 5 business days.

For supported destinations in the United States, standard shipping usually takes 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on stock availability, product location and destination, our facilities or designated fulfillment partners may dispatch the order.

Returns, refunds and product issues

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, send us your order number and relevant photographs or videos. We review the circumstances and arrange a reasonable replacement, refund or return solution.

Where the issue arises from the product or our fulfillment process, you will not have to pay additional costs caused by that error.

Canceling before fulfillment

Please email service@velqoro.com promptly if you want to cancel. We make a reasonable effort to accommodate requests received before fulfillment begins.

Once fulfillment or shipment has started, cancellation is not guaranteed. An order successfully canceled before fulfillment carries no cancellation fee.

Mandatory consumer protections

These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights where applicable law does not permit their exclusion or restriction.
