Plan your order timeline

The following arrangements apply to processing, shipping and delivery support for orders placed at velqoro.com.

After payment is confirmed, our usual order-processing period is 2–4 business days. Holidays, promotions or unusually high order volumes may extend this period to up to 5 business days.

Processing takes place before shipment and is separate from the carrier’s transit time.

For supported destinations in the United States, standard shipping usually takes 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Arrival dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Destination, carrier operations, customs procedures where applicable, weather, seasonal volumes and other transportation conditions may affect transit.

Shipping price and dispatch location

The available shipping methods and their charges are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Review the shipping cost before submitting your order.

Stock availability, product location and the delivery destination determine whether our facilities or designated fulfillment partners dispatch an order. The dispatch location may differ from our registered business address.

Following your shipment

After dispatch, available tracking details are normally supplied by email or the applicable order-tracking method. Allow a reasonable period for the carrier’s system to display shipment activity.

Product location or inventory availability may occasionally require separate parcels for one order. When this happens, separate tracking details may be supplied.

If delivery needs attention

For an extended gap in tracking updates or an unusually delayed shipment, email service@velqoro.com with your order number. We review the available shipment information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfillment provider on a reasonable next step.

For a shipment that appears lost, also include any tracking information.

If the carrier marks it “Delivered” but you cannot find it, check the mailbox, delivery area, reception desk, household members, neighbors and carrier notices. If those checks do not locate it, contact us so we can review the situation with you.

Correcting an address

Provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you discover an error after ordering, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee an address change once fulfillment or shipment begins.
